Funk . E . King : Producer, Musician and DJ with a broad background in the world of music. From various band, and production work for 18 or more yrs. Starting in live bands playing guitar, Funk E King progressed through the UK rave scene into djing. In the last 5 years he has been taking his hands to production of Electronic / Dance Music in the UK underground and urban club culture. His sound is atmospheric, soulful, simultaneously widely melodic and versatile. Distinctly his own vibe, incorperating a large cultural influence from Latin, Funk to Modern Dance, fusing these to produce a diverse collection of modern tunes, steming from Drum n Bass to Electronical Breakbeat. A dynamic and emotionally charged sound.

2002 : Funk E King released his first Promo Vinyl Restless Humanoid in 2002 he has kept up the producing presenting Chocotec with 2 follow up CD Albums in 2002-03. "Funk.E.King" and "Jupiter Jazz" CD's. Both these albums are Breakbeat / Dance / Drum n Bass. "Jupiter Jazz" with a more chilled feel with Smooth tunes such as "New Horizons" ,"Gotta Run" & "Sub Spacey".

2003 : and beginning 2004 see 2 more vinyls, Mango Funk / Treat Me Right, Funky DnB one side and chill the other. Jupiter Jazz / Los Amigos produced and influenced by the friends of the Latin Quarter after a visit to South America to make the 3rd Vinyl.

2004 : Summer and Funk .E. King co produces CD Album "All In Check" with Chocotec and guests, Chocotec Crew, Coco Brezil & Mc Ms Machine. A mix of Beats from the Heart of Chocotec.

2005 : Much work was done with the creation of the CD Album "Full Force". A Hard hitting Drum n Bass groove with plenty of atmosphere. A must for all Chocotec fans. Bring many faves of the Chocotec Crew. The year also saw the creation of up and coming album "Adventures de Chocolatier".

2006 : Has seen the re - release of FUNK E KING Drum n Bass Selection CD. This album goes back to the early days of Chocotec Production, Many tunes were the start and bases of a vibe for Chocotec. All in all It has been a busy time of movements for the Funk E King.

2007 : Release of 'Virtual Living' From the heart of Chocotec Studios

New Fresh exciting Chocofunk vibes on the way folks, to move and groove. Whilst doing this he has been taking the frontier on Chocotec Internet Radio and squeezing in Showcases / Promotions in UK & France.
